OmniCondo ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our condominium management platform ("the Service"). Please read this policy carefully to understand our practices regarding your personal data.
We collect several types of information from and about users of our Service:
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track activity on our Service and store certain information. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent.
We use Umami, a privacy-friendly analytics tool hosted on our own infrastructure in the European Union, to understand how our public pages are used. Umami does not use cookies and does not collect or store any personal data — visits are recorded anonymously and cannot be linked to you. Because no personal data is processed, no consent is required for these measurements.
We use the information we collect for various purposes:
We may share your information in the following circumstances:
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include:
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. When we no longer need your information, we will securely delete or anonymize it.
You can permanently delete your account at any time — from within the app (Settings), or from our public page at omnicondo.eu/account/delete without signing in. After you confirm a deletion request, your account is scheduled for permanent deletion within 30 days; you can cancel during that period simply by logging back in. When the deletion completes, your account, personal profile, login history, contact information and preferences are permanently removed.
Some information is retained after account deletion where the law requires or permits it: financial records such as invoices, payments and accounting entries are kept for the period required by European laws (typically 10 years), and audit logs are kept for security, fraud-prevention and compliance purposes. This retained data is no longer linked to an active account and is deleted once its retention period ends.
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have certain data protection rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):
To exercise these rights, please contact us at privacy@omnicondo.eu
Your information may be transferred to and maintained on servers located outside of your country of residence, where data protection laws may differ. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your information in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
Our Service is not intended for children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.
Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties. We encourage you to read their privacy policies before providing any information.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by email or through a notice on our Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acknowledgment and acceptance of the updated policy.
